S.B. Danceworks

We have a comprehensive range of classes for children, aged 3 years up, to professional level. Classes are competitively priced and the first weeks trial lessons are free to new students. Our classes are suitable for all abilities and level. 

Classes on Tuesday evenings from 4pm including ballet, tap, musical theatre and jazz.

Wednesdays 

Pilates

Safe, gentle and effective exercise classes aimed at people looking for a physiotherapy led Pilates class.

Classes taught by Sue Bratton, a State Registered Physiotherapist and qualified Pilates Matwork Instructor.

• Our Matwork classes are helpful for improving posture and stretching and toning core muscles. They are also useful for sports people to run alongside their training programmes.
• Our seated class is aimed at people with arthritis, osteoporosis and other mobility problems such as MS or Parkinson’s Disease - it focuses on balance, joint mobility and strengthening in order to improve overall better day to day function.

Classes run on a Wednesday morning.

Barbara Murray's Line Dancing - Beginners Class

Wednesdays 7-8pm

From Nov 1st, line dancing class will run from 6.30-8.30pm.
Absolute beginner dances at the start of the evening progressing to more difficult dances as the night goes on.

Enchanted Dance Academy

Enchanted Dance Academy offers Lyrical, Freestyle and Acro based dance classes to children, from as young as 3 years of age. We offer exam opportunities for the whole school and for those wanting to take it further, Competition and Theatre performances.

Classes run between 5pm - 8:30pm on Thursdays.
